Privacy notice

This page explains what happens to your data when you write to us or ask for a quote. It is written to be understood.

What we collect and why

Quote request. Whatever you type into the form: name, company, email, phone, the event and the city, the dates, the LED wall size, any attachments and the drawing you may make. It serves one purpose: preparing your quote and answering you. Legal basis: article 6.1.b of the Regulation (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).

Confirmation code. Before accepting the request we send a code to the address (or number) you entered, to be sure it is real and to keep fake requests out: our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f).

Consent in the form. The box you tick before sending is your informed agreement to be contacted about that request.

We do no profiling, we do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we add you to no newsletter.

Where it goes

Requests stay on the server hosting this site and reach us by email: those pass through no third-party service. Browsing, however, may be measured by the services listed on the cookie page, but only if you said yes: some of those providers also process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards of articles 44 ff. of the Regulation. The map tiles in the form are still fetched by our server, not by you.

The only parties who may come into contact with the data are our hosting and email providers, appointed as processors under article 28.

How long

Quote requests are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Accounting documents follow the legal terms (10 years). After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to see your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable file and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (articles 15-22). Write to privacy@mosaiko.net: we answer within a month. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
