We verify on your project that the necessary space is available, that all tolerances are respected, and that the required electrical system is in place.

In addition to providing you with all the parameters needed to produce your media files, we're happy to check them in advance so you arrive at the trade fair with the correct files.

Set-up and Dismantling
We arrive on time with all the necessary equipment and spare parts, respecting the agreed schedule and the trade fair venue's timing.

Calibration
We even out colour and brightness across the entire surface and calibrate the white balance to your brand. This is the step that sets a properly set-up LED wall apart from one that's simply been put together.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
For large trade fairs, it's best to get in touch two or three months ahead, since equipment gets booked up during peak weeks. For requests under two weeks, call us anyway: we often manage to cover them.
How much does it cost to rent a LED wall for a trade fair?
It depends on the surface area, pixel pitch, number of exhibition days and distance to the venue. The quote is free, and we'll send it to you with a detailed breakdown, not just a flat figure.
Do you work outside Italy too?
Yes. We've set up LED walls in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark and the Principality of Monaco. Düsseldorf, Nuremberg and Cologne are regular destinations for us.
What happens if a module breaks down during the fair?
Equipment failures are extremely rare, thanks to the quality and reliability of the equipment we use. Even so, we leave nothing to chance: we always keep spare modules on hand to quickly handle any unexpected issue. With on-site support, our technician can carry out the replacement directly during the event in just a few minutes. If on-site support isn't included, we remain reachable and ready to find the best solution quickly whenever needed.
